There’s no question that Porsche creates some of the world’s finest luxury motorsport vehicles. In the J.D. Power Annual Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), new car customers rated Porsche as the top brand among drivers. The SSI Study is based on responses from a total of 25,748 people who have purchased or leased a new vehicle this year. The analysis is fully based on the customers’ purchase experiences.
President and CEO of Atlanta-based Porsche Cars North America, Klaus Zellmer, commented, “This achievement is the result of a customer-focused strategy that has been superbly executed by our 190 U.S. dealer partners. First and foremost, this award is for our dedicated dealers, who have invested significant time in training for their employees and committed $500 million to improve facilities in just the last five years.”
